I’m Christopher O’Connor, founder of ICF Innovations Ltd, a Sussex-based construction company specialising in Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) building systems. My journey hasn’t been easy — I was sleeping rough by 16, navigating the harsh realities of homelessness. But through resilience, grit, and an unshakable work ethic, I’ve built not just a business, but a future for my family and clients alike.

Today, ICF Innovations Ltd delivers energy-efficient, high-performance homes across East Sussex, West Sussex, and surrounding areas. We work with Nudura-style ICF blocks, providing strong, thermally-efficient building shells that meet and exceed modern construction standards. From large ICF house builds to warm-roof systems, retaining walls, and full multi-trade restorations, I bring over 27 years of hands-on construction experience to every project.
